Thanksgiving, a little mojo, and a tasty treat!

Thanksgiving was SOOOO great~food was the best EVER*!* Have I ever mentioned that I have an awesome family? Ok, I know I have, but seriously...I have a GREAT family. I am blessed beyond belief with a wonderful family, INCLUDING in-laws. I couldn't imagine not getting along with them-makes me sad when I hear people not getting along with their spouse's families. I love, love, love mine*!* Really.

We started out at my parents {love love love them!} for lunch, and it was delicious~yum, yum, yum! The cousins had a great time playing all together {I just can't imagine life without all of the little rugrats running around!} and Uncle Brian picked up the dog poo out of the backyard so they could all play some serious frisbee {such a good Uncle!}. My Great Aunt was in town and that made it all extra special-PERFECT day at my parents.

Off to dinner at my In-Laws...

Another YuMmY spread-mmm! Another perfect afternoon. Cousins running around {love them ALL!}, delish smells wafting in the air, people I love~PERFECT... It was my Mother and Father-in-law's Anniversary too and I actually made them a card-I'm getting my mojo back slowly but surely!
No one ever asks me to make anything for Thanksgiving, hmmm... Mom asks me to bring things like olives and my Mom-in-law doesn't ask me to bring anything. I know it's out of consideration for me but...I think they are secretly glad they have that excuse to fall back on. I'm not much of a cook, I can follow a recipe but...I just don't like to really. I like making desserts I guess-I don't know, just never appealed to me. Give me some Make and Break cookies and I can bust out some serious deliciousness though. Ahhh, and Rice Krispie Treats...don't even get me started!

Mmm...

Gotta go...

Gotta go make some,...uh...

cards.

Sounds like a perfectly wonderful Thanksgiving! Much better than mine with the cold, snow, and puking children! Give those precious girls a kiss for me, I miss them!

LOL! You sound exactly like me...I would be fine to NEVER cook...as long as someone supplied me with cookie and brownie dough. :) Such fun images of your Thanksgiving and that card is beautiful!!!

I used your Creative Prompt today... http://creativeprompts.blogspot.com/2007/11/creative-prompt-12.html . Thank you so much for sending it to me...you're right...it's fabulous!!! I LOVE images like that and because it is from Target just makes it that much better. :p
